Sharon Sherpa

Sharon Sherpa is the Operations Manager at Avenue, where she leads internal operations, support sales and marketing initiatives, and help keep the behind-the-scenes running smoothly. She manages everything from project timelines and reporting to hiring, onboarding, and culture-building to ensure our team is resourced, aligned, and empowered to do their best work. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business and a concentration in Marketing, minors in Japanese and Multimedia, and a Global Business Certificate from the Lundquist College of Business.

Before becoming Operations Manager, Sharon gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Avenue in 2021, supporting clients with digital marketing and project management.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys strength training, running, hot yoga, learning new languages, content creation, and spending time with family and friends.
