Measuring Our Impact
At Avenue, impact isn’t just a goal. It’s the foundation of how we do business.
As a Certified B Corp and 1% for the Planet partner, we measure success by the positive impact we help create, not just profit. Every year, we donate 1% of our revenue to environmental nonprofits driving real change.
Since 2019, our annual Impact Reports have shared a transparent look at how we’re growing with purpose, from advancing sustainability to strengthening our community.
Giving back is part of our culture. Through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, team members receive 4 hours per month of paid time to volunteer with causes they’re passionate about. We also proudly serve on nonprofit boards, volunteer with clients and organizations like We Believe in Portland and SMART Reading, and provide pro bono marketing services through our Charity of Choice program.
