Facebook Business Suite is a new interface within Facebook designed to "help businesses save time and stay up to date by managing their pages or profiles across [all Facebook-owned] apps." If you're anything like us, nose deep in Facebook Business Manager day-to-day, you may have been taken aback by the new design. It takes some getting used to but definitely has its benefits.

Post to Instagram and Facebook at the same time
With Facebook Business Suite, small businesses may no longer need to rely on a third party social media scheduler to schedule out their Facebook and Instagram content. Facebook now allows users to post and schedule content to their Facebook Business Page and linked Instagram account through Facebook Business Suite's 'Posts' dashboard. This is a first for in app scheduling of Instagram content and with Facebook Business Suite you are able to see your posts' preview for both desktop and mobile.
Manage and receive messages and notifications in one place
When managing social media for a business, you're no stranger to inbox notifications. The Facebook Business Suite now compiles your Instagram and Facebook inbox in one spot - a long overdue update. In this dashboard, you also have the ability to set up your automated messages including FAQ, location information, and contact information.
Quick platform health check through Facebook and Instagram Insights
A long awaited update and our personal favorite dashboard of Facebook Business Suite is the Insights page. With this update, businesses now can view their Instagram Insights via their desktop rather than through the mobile Instagram app. The Insights dashboard provides a quick platform health check with your top-tier insights from both Facebook and Instagram, including total reach, post activity, page likes/follows, and user demographics. This upgrade is a gamechanger for Instagram, allowing business owners and marketers alike more in-depth on platform insights.
Facebook Business Suite covers multiple functionalities that previously were covered by multiple different apps so it does take some time adjusting to and navigtaing the new user interface. And as for now, the platform doesn't serve users who utilize Facebook Ads Manager (this dashboard can still be found in the 'more tools' section of the Facebook Business Suite).
