COVID-19 Information from Avenue

At Avenue, the safety and well-being of our clients and employees is our top priority. COVID-19 is in our communities and on our minds, and we don’t take this responsibility lightly. As such, we are focused on keeping our team safe in order to extend more peace of mind to yours.

Avenue's commitment is to our partnership with our clients, team members and community.

Two weeks ago, as news of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was just beginning to emerge, Avenue began to proactively research and plan for the impact we believed would be forthcoming in the weeks ahead. Our team was our first priority, and we quickly provided a work-from-home (WFH) and general safety plan and protocol to guide the company and team in responding accordingly as new information and updates became more definitive.

As of Wednesday, March 11th, Avenue implemented the following precautionary measures to help mitigate any impacts of COVID-19 and ensure the safety and success of our team, clients (who we shared our plans with immediately) and company:

  • Supporting our team in required work from home (WFH) going forward to practice social distancing as recommended by local officials.

  • Diligently following state and federal employer guidelines, while regularly keeping up to date on federal, state and local conditions shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Multnomah County Health Department and the World Health Organization (WHO) about COVID-19. As things change, we’ll adapt accordingly.

  • Avenue is providing weekly internal updates in our daily huddle meetings regarding the latest Coronavirus data and information so we can adjust our plan of action as needed.

  • Should any team member need to use the office facilities or pick-up equipment, we are disinfecting surfaces in our office and objects that get frequent use, such as desks, tables, countertops, doorknobs, phones, keyboards, mice, etc.

  • We are moving all in-person meetings with team members, clients and partners to Zoom video conferencing, so that team members and clients can participate from remote locations or the comfort of their home/office.

  • All client and partner projects and ongoing engagements are moving forward as planned with no interruption to schedule, timing or service.

  • Our commitment to our clients, partners and community is to continue to deliver world-class work and service, and that’s just what we’ll do!

We feel gratitude for our team members, clients, partners and community for coming together to support each other during this unprecedented period of time. And we feel fortunate to be in a position to continue supporting our clients with the same work, strategy and services without interruption to schedule or timing.

We wish you, your loved ones, and your team good health in the months to come. We are in this together.
